    The people behind the books

    Founder & Author

    Lindsay Friedman

Lindsay Friedman is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®) and the founder of LTCareNav. Lindsay Friedman has worked in senior care since 1998, more than 25 years. She began her career as a nursing assistant in memory care, nursing homes, assisted living, and hospice. Those early years gave her firsthand insight into the realities of aging. But it was becoming a family caregiver herself that truly changed her perspective. That experience led her to found Care Bloom in 2017, a company focused on helping older adults age in place more safely while supporting family caregivers through some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives.
