Eric Sailor is a Senior Care Advisor and owner of CarePatrol of Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, helping families navigate the process of finding the right care for their loved ones. With a strong background in leadership and hands-on experience working with families, he brings both practical knowledge and a compassionate approach to every situation.
As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Eric guides families through assisted living, memory care, and nursing home options with a focus on what's best for each individual. He also helped found Aging Advocacy and Care Management to further support families along their journey.
Eric stays closely connected to the community by leading a Nursing Home Ministry through his church and speaking on long-term care planning and preparation.

Ryan Buck (CSA and MBA) serves families through CarePatrol with compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping seniors find the right care solutions. He understands that choosing senior living or care services can be emotional and complex, and he takes pride in guiding families through each step with clarity and support. Ryan's approach is built on listening, trust, and personalized service, helping families make confident decisions that honor their loved ones' needs, preferences, and quality of life.
After careers in commercial banking and real estate, Ryan found his true calling in helping families navigate care decisions with confidence and compassion. Ryan moved from Chicago to Northeast Ohio with his family and now proudly calls Cleveland home. When he is not working with families, he enjoys running in the Metroparks, being involved in his church, attending his daughters' activities, and helping his wife build her new business.
