About Us
CarePatrol came to Northeast Ohio in 2014 when Kevin and Cilla Buck recognized the need for families to have a trusted local resource to help them navigate the complexities of finding senior care. In 2016, they expanded their territory and welcomed their first employee, Ryan Buck, Kevin’s nephew. The business soon became a true family affair when their son-in-law, Eric Sailor, joined the team in 2018. Together, the Buck Team helped thousands of families each year find care solutions that best fit their loved ones’ needs, while also building strong, lasting relationships with trusted providers throughout the community. Their commitment to compassion, integrity, and personalized guidance helped establish CarePatrol of Northeast Ohio as a respected and reliable presence across the region. In 2021, Kevin and Cilla transitioned the business to Eric and Ryan, who have continued to uphold the values entrusted to them while carrying forward the mission of helping families make confident, informed care decisions. He emphasizes the importance of having a plan in place—financially, mentally, and logistically—before a healthcare crisis occurs.
