Do I have to buy anything to enter?
No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Online entry requires a free LTCareNav family account, which also gives you a free personalized long-term care plan. You can also enter by mail without creating an account — see the Official Rules for how.
Who is eligible?
Legal U.S. residents (including D.C.) age 18 or older, caring for a loved one who lives at home in the U.S. with home internet, and who have someone willing to monitor the Care Bloom app. Employees of LTCareNav and Care Bloom and their households are not eligible, and each household can win a Care Bloom giveaway only once. When will winners be picked?
We'll randomly select 2 winners within 7 days after entries close — when we reach 250 eligible entries or on December 31, 2026, whichever comes first. Winners are notified by email or phone.
Can I enter without creating an account?
Yes. You can enter by mail. The Official Rules explain how.
Will I owe taxes on the prize?
Prizes are taxable. Winners will be asked for a W-9, and we issue a Form 1099 when required by the IRS.
Is Care Bloom a medical device or emergency service?
No. Care Bloom is a caregiver monitoring service. It is not a medical device and does not contact 911. In an emergency, call 911.
