    Spring Ridge Park Assisted Living

    Wheat Ridge, Colorado

Spring Ridge Park Assisted Living is a specialized Memory Care community in Wheat Ridge serving adults experiencing irreversible memory loss due to Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Unlike communities that offer several different levels of senior living, Spring Ridge Park focuses specifically on Assisted Living Memory Care and provides a secure, home-like environment designed around the needs of individuals experiencing memory loss.

The community provides person-centered care, with staff members specially trained in dementia care practices. Each resident receives support based on individual needs rather than simply a diagnosis. Services include medication administration, wellness checks, nutrition support, assistance with daily needs, housekeeping, personal laundry and linen service, and daily meals and snacks.

Residents have private rooms that can be personalized with their own furnishings, photographs, and keepsakes. Bathrooms are designed to be accessible, and shared spaces include a dining room, living room with a fireplace, and comfortable seating areas throughout the community.

Spring Ridge Park features a secure campus that allows residents to move throughout indoor and outdoor areas while maintaining appropriate safety measures. Enclosed courtyards and landscaped grounds provide additional areas for residents to walk and spend time outdoors. The community is located in a renovated, one-story residence designed to provide a comfortable and familiar atmosphere.

Programming includes social, cultural, recreational, and cognitive activities, along with daily exercise focused on maintaining mobility and flexibility. Spring Ridge Park also provides education and support for family caregivers.

In addition to residential Memory Care, Spring Ridge Park offers several specialized programs. Its Adult Day Program is available seven days a week for individuals experiencing memory loss who continue to live at home. The community also offers short-term Memory Care respite stays.

A particularly distinctive service is Spring Ridge Park’s Nighttime Memory Care program. Available seven nights a week, the program provides overnight supervision and engagement for individuals with dementia who experience nighttime restlessness or sleep difficulties while giving family caregivers an opportunity to rest.

With its exclusive focus on memory loss, specialized staff training, secure environment, respite options, and both daytime and nighttime programs, Spring Ridge Park provides several levels of dementia-focused support for residents and family caregivers.
