Aid and Attendance (A&A) is a monthly pension benefit available to qualifying Veterans who need the aid and attendance of another person to perform the personal functions required for daily living such as to eat, bathe, dress and administer medication. Please call for more information.
Medicaid Waiver
The MI Choice Medicaid Waiver is a program funded through the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) to provide community-based services to frail, elderly or physically disabled adults.
