Dayspring Villa is a nonprofit Assisted Living community in Denver offering a smaller, more personal setting for seniors who need support with everyday activities. Home to approximately 70 residents, the community focuses exclusively on Assisted Living and provides personalized care, private apartments, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and life-enrichment programming.
Residents can choose from five private apartment floor plans ranging from approximately 262 to 456 square feet. Each apartment includes a private bathroom with an easy-access shower, kitchenette with a large refrigerator, individual heating and cooling controls, emergency call features, and access to Wi-Fi and cable. An important distinction at Dayspring Villa is that private apartments are available to residents using Medicaid as well as those paying privately.
Staff members are available on-site 24 hours a day to provide assistance based on each resident’s individual care needs. Services may include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, mobility, and other activities of daily living. Care needs are assessed individually so residents receive the appropriate amount of support while maintaining as much independence as possible.
Dining includes three daily meals featuring fresh, chef-prepared food. The community has a naturally lit main dining room as well as a private dining room for special occasions and family gatherings. Weekly housekeeping, bed-making, laundry services, utilities, maintenance, and transportation are also available as part of community living.
Dayspring Villa’s Rhythms Life Enrichment program provides resident-directed programming centered around social, intellectual, physical, purposeful, and spiritual wellness. The community also provides transportation in an ADA-accessible van for shopping, outings, and other scheduled activities.
Shared amenities include community gathering areas, a library, activity spaces, historic gardens, and common rooms with kitchens. Dayspring Villa also partners with outside organizations to provide additional interactive and intergenerational programming.
As part of Christian Living Communities, Dayspring Villa is a faith-based nonprofit while welcoming residents from different beliefs and backgrounds. The community accepts private pay, Veterans benefits, and Medicaid, making it an Assisted Living option for seniors with a range of financial circumstances.
