What Gabby loves most about working for CarePatrol and being a transitional care coordinator is that she get to be a support system for each senior and their family members from start to finish as they navigate the complexities of “what’s next”. Whether that be Independent living, Assisted living, memory care or in-home care. She gets to match a client with a community that best fits his or her emotional physical and financial needs. She does this by listening and learning about their experiences, then helps them to understand the aging process. Afterwards, they work together to influence outcomes that could help better their overall situation.

Kelly Angam has worked in the Senior space for 6 years. Coming from a background in IT, she fell in love with the senior care industry very fast, putting on virtual dementia tours in different communities to help professionals understand and become more compassionate, joining the family caregiver division at the HHAU, and having a really great mentor all helped Kelly to fall in love with serving the elderly population and their families. Recently earning her Certified Dementia Practioner certification, she is thrilled to continue learning about how to better care for those living with dementia. Kelly is naturally drawn to helping people, and has a degree in Psychology from the University of Utah. When not at work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her 16 year old daughter and her maltipoo puppy.
