Before launching CarePatrol locally with her husband, Norman, Stephanie served as an Executive Director for the American Red Cross. Her background in overseeing humanitarian missions—from disaster relief and military family support to emergency preparedness—gives her a unique expertise in navigating high-stakes care decisions with calm, professional, and empathetic guidance. Serving the Greater Augusta area (including the CSRA and surrounding Georgia and South Carolina counties), Stephanie and her team at Geezer Gurus provide a free service that helps families find safer senior living options, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and In-Home Care.
