CarePatrol provides Senior Care Advisory Services to help families find appropriate living and care solutions for their loved ones. The goal is to always keep someone at home; as long it's safe to do so. We partner with in-home care companies to help accomplish that. Should a senior no longer be safe at home, we help identify the best care community for Independent Living, Assisted Living / Personal Care, or Memory Care. Local Certified Senior Advisors (CSAs) meet with families to understand their unique needs and then personally match them with pre-screened and licensed communities. The company's mission is to provide safer and quality care options for seniors. All of our owners are CSA's and their services to families are provided free of charge.
Helping Families that are in the same situation I was in with my own family / loved one.
I cared for my own mother for 11 years. I purchased a home that was suitable to allow me to build her an apartment within that home. I wanted her to have her own space and privacy; while allowing me to still be near by to care for her and help her as needed. As the years passed, she continued to need more support / help and I was able to provide that. I also used outside services for ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support as those needs arose. Sadly, she fell and injured herself in my upstairs kitchen and wasn't wearing her first alert pendant and laid there for 3.5 hours screaming for me. I was outside mowing the lawn and never heard her. When I found her and called the ambulance; they told her that she would have likely died there if she lived alone. This frightened her and she decided she wanted to go into a care community. I found CarePatrol and they were very helpful and I was so impressed with them; that I pivoted my career and became a CarePatrol owner so that I could help other families that find themselves in a similar situation to what I was in.
