Heinz considers himself blessed to be able to help seniors and their families as they face the complex challenge of finding the right senior living community. He carefully evaluates all of his client’s needs, concerns and preferences before recommending appropriate levels of care such as Independent Living, Assisted Senior Housing, Memory Care or In-Home Care. Heinz went through the same daunting experience recently when he helped find care for a family member in Johannesburg. This experience gave him the passion that he has today to help families.

Michael joined the CarePatrol North Indy team in 2021. With nearly 7 years experience in homecare sales and marketing, Michael is a liaison representing CarePatrol to local health care providers as well as various senior industry business partners. Michael holds an M.B.A. from Butler University and a B.A. in U.S. Political History from Purdue University. He is a current member of the Indianapolis Estate Planning Council and the Indiana Geriatrics Society. Michael is married with two daughters and enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, running and camping.

Jennifer joined the CarePatrol team in 2022 and is a Certified Senior Advisor that helps families daily with Senior Care Solutions unique to their needs. Jennifer comes to CarePatrol with 11 years of experience working as a Home Health Medical Social Worker and as the Social Services Director of a nursing home as well as 5 years of experience with grant writing and running a transportation service for older adults. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Montana. Her social work studies had an emphasis on the field of Gerontology. Jennifer was born and raised in Evanston, IL. She moved from San Diego, CA to the Central Indiana area in 2019 so that she could live closer to her aging parents and other family members. She is married with two daughters and is an avid tennis player, enjoys the outdoors, loves walking on the Monon Trail, playing cards, swimming and camping.

Petra joined CarePatrol of North Indianapolis in 2016. She has over 25 years of accounting experience and is the bedrock of all things back office related to the business. Additionally, Petra supports the team daily with various operational aspects as well as special projects that arise from time to time. Petra is happily married and has two children. Petra is an avid gardener and has an amazing yard that competes with the likes of a botanical garden, often prompting walker-bys to pause, smile and take pictures.

Kaelyn joined CarePatrol of North Indianapolis in 2025. With over a decade of diverse healthcare experience, Kaelyn has worked across clinical, behavioral and administrative roles. She began as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Activities Director Assistant and Home Health Aide, she has provided 6+ years of direct patient care and both facility and home settings. Transitioning into behavioral health, she handled insurance processes as an Applied Behavior Analysis as a Billing Specialist and later applied hands-on therapeutic strategies as a Registered Behavioral Technician working with children with the Autism diagnosis. Her well-rounded background reflects a strong commitment to compassionate, person centered care and operational experience. She is currently pursuing her certification as a Certified Senior Advisor. Kaelyn and her family love to be outdoors and traveling. They love camping, playing disc golf and going to Major League Baseball games. Kaelyn is currently pursuing a goal to visit every Major League Stadium and is halfway to that goal!
