She has led as a Director of Marketing for an Assisted Living and Memory Care community, and as the Director of Operations for an in-home care agency. Amber holds a master’s degree in healthcare management and carries industry credentials including Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, Certified Dementia Care Specialist, and Dementia Friends Champion. Beyond her professional accolades, Amber has walked this path firsthand as a family caregiver. She understands the emotional weight, the sleepless nights, and the profound desire to ensure a loved one is treated with dignity. Together, the team brings over 35 years of hands-on senior care experience to the table, making them highly qualified guides for families navigating the complexities of senior living.
