"Families know they can trust me because my actions consistently align with my words, demonstrating my reliability and integrity." Kim is personally committed to helping families navigate the complex journey of finding safer senior care and her passion for this work is deeply personal. After experiencing the daunting and emotional challenge of finding the right care for a loved one in Norfolk, she was inspired to open a business where she could help other families facing the same overwhelming situation. Before launching CarePatrol of Hampton Roads, Kim was a seasoned executive with a long career in community-focused leadership. She served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer for Chartway Federal Credit Union. In this senior role, she was a trusted leader responsible for the credit union’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and ensuring a high-quality service experience for her team and credit union members. Today, Kim applies that same executive-level focus, strategic planning, and deep commitment to service to her role at CarePatrol. She combines her professional expertise in managing complex systems with a genuine compassion for her clients. She personally listens to each family’s unique needs, concerns, and preferences to guide them through their options for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and In-Home Care. "I spoke with Kim and Katie about needs and programs for my mother. They were very informative and listened to my current needs with assisted living facilities for my mother's budget. Although at this time my mother's needs are a little early for their assistance. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for assistance."
