Ron's path into senior care began in 2012, when he struggled to find the right care for his mother after her dementia diagnosis. Determined to spare other families the same stress, he and his wife Jamie opened CarePatrol of South Kansas City in 2019, expanding to the Northland in 2022. Ron is known for going above and beyond — including personally driving clients as far as Wisconsin to ensure a safe transition. He serves on ACAP and the Alzheimer's Association Northland KC Walk Committee. Raised on a Canadian farm, Ron and Jamie have been married 36 years, have three kids and one grandchild, and are die-hard Chiefs and NHL playoff fans.

Sandy began caring for her great-grandmother at just two years old — a calling that shaped her life. The daughter of a U.S. Marine, she earned a degree in Healthcare Administration and built a career across TRICARE (Claims Supervisor), Fort Riley Hospital (Benefits Coordinator), and UnitedHealthcare/Optum (Provider Relations). She spent six years as Sales & Marketing Director and one as Executive Director at Benton House Assisted Living and Memory Care, gaining deep operational expertise. Today she helps KC families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Sandy and her husband David have a blended family of five kids and five grandkids — plus two very spoiled dogs, Tucker and Bear.
