Brad Roland established the CarePatrol of Wake County franchise in 2017, driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while building a business of his own. After graduating from the College of Charleston and going on to a successful career in the insurance industry, he reached a point where purpose and impact became his top priorities. His journey to CarePatrol was deeply personal. Brad witnessed firsthand how overwhelming and emotional the search for senior care can be when his mother navigated the process for his grandmother. That experience opened his eyes to the critical need for compassionate guidance and trusted resources for families facing similar challenges. Inspired to help others through those difficult moments, Brad established CarePatrol of Wake County to provide clarity, support, and peace of mind. Since then, he and his team have helped more than 800 families find the right care solutions for their loved ones.
Cas Edmunds
Director of Community and Family Relations

Cas joined CarePatrol of Wake County in 2018 as the organization's first employee. Since then, he has worked tirelessly alongside Brad to promote CarePatrol's mission and support seniors and their families throughout the community. After graduating from Appalachian State, Cas began a career in corporate Human Resources before transitioning to CarePatrol. His problem-solving expertise has proven invaluable in helping families navigate the challenging process of finding senior care options.
Sara Kathryn Edmunds

Sara Kathryn graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Child Development and Family Studies. After a fulfilling career supporting young children with special needs and their families, she sought a role that allowed her to serve the community while spending more time with her own family. As Director of Operations for CarePatrol of Wake County, Sara Kathryn found that her experience guiding families through stressful life transitions translated perfectly to supporting seniors and their loved ones. She remains committed to the philosophy that care and compassion are essential at every stage of life. Sara Kathryn is currently walking this journey alongside many of her clients, as her mother was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
