CSAs are multidisciplinary professionals who possess in-depth knowledge of the physical, emotional, financial, and social aspects of the aging process. Carrie is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), a credential that reflects specialized training in dementia care and best practices for supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related diagnoses. As a CDP, Carrie has demonstrated expertise in person-centered care, communication strategies, and behavioral approaches that enhance quality of life for individuals with cognitive impairment, as well as education and guidance for their families and caregivers. This certification underscores her commitment to providing compassionate, informed, and effective support to those affected by dementia. Carrie holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA)® which provides her with strong financial planning skills. As a licensed funeral trust agent, Carrie brings a caring and personal approach to every family she serves. "Because someone handed me the flyer about Care Patrol a few days prior to my husband’s release from the hospital, I was able to get the help I needed to place my him from the hospital to the right Memory Care Community because of Carrie from CarePatrol.
