CarePatrol of The Woodlands-Spring is a local, veteran- and women-owned senior care advisory serving The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Tomball, Magnolia, Kingwood, Humble and the Brazos Valley. Our team is led by Ashley O'Sullivan, BSN, RN, Certified Senior Advisor, and James O'Sullivan, a former Special Forces Medical Sergeant and licensed Texas paramedic. Choosing assisted living, memory care, independent living, respite or in-home care is harder than it looks. Two communities a few miles apart can be very different at handling the same diagnosis, and the details that matter most - staffing, how residents are actually cared for, how well the staff know them - rarely show up on a scheduled tour. We visit these communities regularly, we know which ones are strong at which care needs, and we stay with your family from the first call through move-in and long after. Our service is free to families. We are compensated by the communities we work with, never by you.

Registered nurse with a critical care background and a Certified Senior Advisor. Ashley reads the medication lists and care assessments, spots when a community is overstating what it can handle, and matches each family to a setting that fits the care their parent actually needs.
James O'Sullivan
Owner, Senior Care Consultant, Licensed Texas Paramedic
15 years in emergency medicine
Former Special Forces Medical Sergeant and licensed Texas paramedic. James walks most of our community tours, and the first thing he looks at is the residents, not the lobby. He knows Conroe, Willis, Montgomery and Bryan-College Station best, and has a soft spot for veteran families.
