Office Manager
Sheilah has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She brings her strong background in client relations and organization to CarePatrol. She handles client intake, schedules community tours, and helps coordinate events such as presentations and social media activities. Sheilah is committed to making the process smooth and supportive for every family. She is available for your call on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Haley Gordon
Senior Care Advisor - LMSW
Haley has a deep commitment to supporting older adults, drawing on years of experience in aging services and elder abuse prevention. She is passionate about helping families feel informed, supported, and empowered to make choices that reflect their loved one’s values and needs. A lifelong resident of Suffolk County, NY, Haley brings warmth, empathy, and genuine respect for each person’s story to every family she meets.

Owner
Uwe comes with an engineering background in the biotech and med-tech industry as well as six years in the military, and he has lived in Suffolk County, NY for nearly three decades. While helping family members find safe and appropriate senior care, he saw firsthand how confusing and stressful the process can be. He now works with CarePatrol so seniors and families get clear, trusted guidance and care options that truly fit their needs.
